Indore, in central India, hosts a wide range of weddings, corporate events and festivals in its convention centres, hotels and community halls. On this page: tent houses for weddings, receptions, festivals and community gatherings.
Tent houses supply the physical frame of an outdoor event: the pandal or shamiana, seating, flooring, stage and often lighting. Because equipment is hired by the day, availability on popular dates and the condition of the material matter more than the headline rate.
Eventry currently lists 4 tent houses serving Indore, covering Nandlalpura, New Palasia, Sukhliya, and Vishwakarma Nagar. Typical services include stage and mandap structures, chairs and tables, curtains and draping, and coolers and fans.
Listings on Eventry are reviewed before they appear. Vendors list with zero commission, so you speak to them directly and agree the terms yourself.

How to choose a tent house in Indore
- Visit the godown or ask for recent photos of the actual stock; tent fabric, chairs and carpets vary widely in condition.
- Share the guest count and layout early so the vendor can quote the right tent size, seating blocks and aisle space.
- Agree on the set-up window. A day-before set-up is common for large events; confirm crew arrival time and venue permission.
- Ask about damage and loss terms for chairs, carpets and decor items, and how any deposit is returned.
- Compare vendors on a like-for-like item list rather than a single bundle price.
- Check venue rules on amplified sound and timing; some city zones restrict music after certain hours.
