Mumbai's event scene spans heritage banquet halls in South Mumbai, hotels and convention centres in the suburbs, and open grounds across the city. On this page: event decorators for weddings, receptions, engagements, birthdays and corporate events.
Decoration turns a bare hall into the setting people photograph. The best decorators work backwards from the venue, the guest flow and the photographs, and tell you plainly what the budget can and cannot cover.

How to choose an event decorator in Mumbai
- Agree on the set-up and dismantling schedule, and who coordinates with the venue and with the tent or lighting team.
- Ask what is rented and what you keep, such as props, backdrops and floral pieces.
- Get the inventory list in writing so you can match what was promised with what is delivered.
- Discuss a backup plan for weather or last-minute changes, especially for open-air events.
- Look at completed events at venues like yours rather than only styled photo shoots.
- Parking and traffic are major constraints; choose vendors who know your venue and can arrive early for set-up.

What is included in event decoration packages in Mumbai?
