Event Decorators in Hyderabad

Hyderabad is one of India's busiest event cities, with celebrations spread from function halls in Secunderabad and the old city to convention centres, resorts and farmhouses on the outskirts. On this page: event decorators for weddings, receptions, engagements, birthdays and corporate events.

Decoration turns a bare hall into the setting people photograph. The best decorators work backwards from the venue, the guest flow and the photographs, and tell you plainly what the budget can and cannot cover.

How to choose an event decorator in Hyderabad

• Ask for a mood board or 3D mock-up of the stage and entrance before you pay the advance.
• Be clear on flowers: fresh, artificial or mixed. Fresh flower prices swing with season and demand around festival and wedding dates.
• Visit the venue with the decorator to check ceiling height, power points, load-bearing points and set-up access.
• Ask what is rented and what you keep, such as props, backdrops and floral pieces.
• Get the inventory list in writing so you can match what was promised with what is delivered.
• Traffic across Hyderabad can change set-up timings sharply, so ask each vendor how they plan transport and crew arrival for your venue and date.
