Tent Houses in Hyderabad

Hyderabad is one of India's busiest event cities, with celebrations spread from function halls in Secunderabad and the old city to convention centres, resorts and farmhouses on the outskirts. On this page: tent houses for weddings, receptions, festivals and community gatherings.

Tent houses supply the physical frame of an outdoor event: the pandal or shamiana, seating, flooring, stage and often lighting. Because equipment is hired by the day, availability on popular dates and the condition of the material matter more than the headline rate.

Eventry currently lists 8 tent houses serving Hyderabad, covering Banjara Hills, Borabanda,, Chinthal,, Kavadiguda,, Kavuri Hills, Madhapur, and Malakunta, Abids. Typical services include shamiana and pandal tents, stage and mandap structures, carpets and flooring, and coolers and fans.

Listings on Eventry are reviewed before they appear. Vendors list with zero commission, so you speak to them directly and agree the terms yourself.

How to choose a tent house in Hyderabad

• Share the guest count and layout early so the vendor can quote the right tent size, seating blocks and aisle space.
• Confirm fire-safety basics such as extinguisher placement and clear exits, especially with kitchens or lighting nearby.
• Agree on the set-up window. A day-before set-up is common for large events; confirm crew arrival time and venue permission.
• Ask about damage and loss terms for chairs, carpets and decor items, and how any deposit is returned.
• Compare vendors on a like-for-like item list rather than a single bundle price.
• Many venues sit far from the city centre; confirm delivery and labour charges when your venue is a long way from the vendor's godown.
