Event Venues in Visakhapatnam

Visakhapatnam, known as Vizag, hosts weddings and functions in its coastal function halls, kalyana mandapams, hotels and open grounds along the beach road. On this page: event venues for weddings, receptions, corporate events and large gatherings.

The venue shapes everything else: guest capacity, kitchen access, decor permissions, parking and how vendors load in. Lock the venue first, and confirm what it provides versus what you must hire separately.

How to choose an event venue in Visakhapatnam

• Visit at the same time of day as your event to check lighting, parking and noise levels.
• Confirm the rules: outside caterers, alcohol, amplified music, decoration, and how late the event can run.
• Ask about the deposit, cancellation policy and whether the date is held on payment or on signing.
• Check load-in access for tents, stages, lighting trusses and catering equipment.
• Get a written floor plan or ask to be shown where the stage, kitchen and guest flow will be.
• Coastal weather can change quickly, so ask vendors about waterproof cover and backup plans for open-air set-ups.
