How to choose a lighting and sound vendor in Nellore

- Schedule a sound check before guests arrive, including the microphones for speeches and rituals.
- Ask for spares of critical items such as microphones, mixers and amplifiers.
- Coordinate with the decorator on lighting accents so cables and trusses do not clash with the stage.
- Get hours of operation and overtime rates in writing.
- For events outside the city limits, ask vendors about delivery distance, extra labour and whether the quote includes transport both ways.
