Wedding Caterers in Nellore

Nellore, in southern coastal Andhra Pradesh, hosts weddings and functions in its function halls, kalyana mandapams and open grounds, and many families also book vendors for events in nearby towns. On this page: wedding caterers for weddings, receptions, engagements and festival feasts.

Food is the part of an event guests remember, and the part most likely to go wrong at scale. A good caterer plans quantities, kitchen space, serving staff and timing together, so tastings and clear menus should come before price comparison.

Eventry currently lists 6 wedding caterers serving Nellore, covering Gomathy Nagar, Nellore, NGO Colony, PRR Colony / Masigani Thota, Ramji Nagar, and Stonehouse Pet. Services offered by these vendors include catering, decoration, photography, balloon decoration, and birthdays.

Listings on Eventry are reviewed before they appear. Vendors list with zero commission, so you speak to them directly and agree the terms yourself.

How to choose a wedding caterer in Nellore

• Ask for a tasting of the exact menu items you plan to serve, not a general sample.
• Clarify who provides plates, serving ware, tables and serving staff, and how many staff are assigned per hundred guests.
• Confirm dietary needs early: pure vegetarian, Jain, no onion or garlic, diabetic-friendly and allergy requests.
• Ask about food safety: ingredient sourcing, hygiene practices, and what happens to leftover food.
• Plan meal timing around the ritual schedule so food is ready when guests are, and ask for a backup plan for delays.
• For events outside the city limits, ask vendors about delivery distance, extra labour and whether the quote includes transport both ways.
